HOW TO MEASURE
Width is measured flat from armpit to armpit.
Length is measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
PRODUCT CARE

WASHING
Machine wash cold with similar colours. Turn the garment inside out before washing to help protect the fabric, colour and finished details.
DRYING
Air dry or hang dry where possible. Avoid high heat as it can cause shrinkage and may affect the shape of the garment.
IRONING
Iron on a low to medium heat setting. Turn the garment inside out and avoid directly ironing over prints, graphics or finished details.
BLEACH
Do not use bleach or harsh chemical detergents, as these can damage the fabric and affect the colour.
GENERAL CARE
Avoid excessive heat and unnecessary washing to help maintain the fit, feel and appearance of your garment for longer.

RETURNS
We want you to love your Henchman piece. If it isn't right for you, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all original tags attached.
CHANGE OF MIND
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered or returned without their original tags may not be accepted.
